If you are booking with us for the first time please be sure to book an initial appointment.
This allows for time to assess the condition of your feet and take a thorough medical history from you.

If we have seen you before at the practice please select the appropriate appointment type you would like to book.
( either Simply Nails or Routine Treatment )
For other types of appointment e.g. Podicure / Biomechanics etc you will need to contact us by phone to arrange these.

Booking Terms and Conditions

We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment. We will be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however the following policy applies:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible before hand, but at least 48 hours before your appointment. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours notice we will try to re-book the slot, we are usually successful, but if we can’t, we may charge you the full cost of the appointment.
We reserve the right to charge for the full price of appointments cancelled less than 48 hours beforehand.
Should you need to change or cancel a booked appointment you should contact us on 01744 416300 :- if you get our answerphone please leave your name and number and we will get back in touch with you ASAP.
